Working groups, case studies, and peer exchange ensure hands-on engagement throughout the day.

Who Should Participate?

The Advanced Workshop is designed for experienced professionals involved in the management, audit, control, monitoring, and evaluation of ESI Funds as well as the Migration and Security Funds (AMIF, ISF, BMVI). Participants are expected to have prior knowledge of the regulatory framework and practical experience, enabling them to engage in in-depth discussion and peer exchange.

Methodology

A Lexxion Advanced Workshop offers an intensive, practice-oriented learning experience for professionals responsible for ensuring compliance, accountability, and sound financial management in the use of EU resources. Led by senior experts from EU institutions and distinguished practitioners from the field, the programme equips participants with the expertise to apply complex legal and policy frameworks effectively in their daily work.

The workshop employs a blended methodology, combining expert-led presentations, advanced theoretical analysis, rigorous case study work, and highly interactive, scenario-based discussions. This approach fosters not only a deeper conceptual understanding but also the ability to translate principles and rules into effective, practical solutions.

Participants are invited to share their own experiences and challenges, promoting the exchange of insights and best practices among peers from across Member States. This collaborative environment ensures discussions remain relevant, pragmatic, and closely aligned with the realities of professional practice.
